Return Process

    Print Your Label

    Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address for you to print at home.

    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

    Drop Off and Refund

    Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
